Everyone has given their comments, it was greatly appreciated. So, the confirmed venue of the chalet will be at Pasir Ris DUPLEX (DOUBLE STOREY) on 7th Dec 2007 to 9th Dec 2007.

Pls note that if u are going for the bbq only, u are also liable for the chalet charges for that day too.

Confirmed names on Day 1: Chin Quan, Joyce, Huiling, Janet ,Peiying ,Wen Qiang, kimseng, gloria, Xiao Chuan and kelvin Yip.

Total Pax: 10
Cost per person: $16.50/pax

Confirmed names on Day 2: Chin Quan, Shuetling, Joyce, Huiling, Janet ,hui min, Peiying ,Wen Qiang, kimseng, gloria, Xiao Chuan and kelvin Yip

DUPLEX (DOUBLE STOREY)'s Chalet Charges:
Total Pax: 12
Cost per person: $13.80/pax

The total charges for both days:
DUPLEX (DOUBLE STOREY)'s Chalet Charges: $30.30/pax

The food charges will be calculated when we are near to the chalet dates.=)

Kelvin Yip has volunteered himself for activities planning.
As for day 1, it is all the preparation of the bbq stuffs, and the logistics. So we don't really need any activities planning that day, Unless there are ppl who will be interested in night cycling on the first night...etc. Any suggestions just comment on blog or tag on blog or msg ky. =)
